Founders’ Conclave at Narasaraopeta Engineering College

The Founders’ Conclave is a national business and entrepreneurship event that aims to reduce the gap between investors and the best startups across India. The conclave provides a platform for student-entrepreneurs to learn and network with other entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors. For this, it provides a screening process.
Narasaraopeta Engineering College organized the forum on 4th& 5thJanuary, 2018 to provide students with the opportunity to start their entrepreneurial journey with their dream startups. The Guntur district alone had a total of 200 startups who participated in the conclave.
“We witnessed 200+ startups participating in the screening session, of which 26 startups got shortlisted for funding, mentoring, and client connections. Thanks for all the support provided by MR Chakravarthy and the NEC management for being our venue partners,” Madhav Reddy, Chairman of Founders’ Conclave, said.
According to MR Chakravarthy, Vice-Chairman of Narasaraopeta Engineering College, the objective of The Founders Conclave is to “identify young minds who are willing to become entrepreneurs with their innovative and creative ideas. The participants will be groomed and funded through our incubation center, StartUp NEC.”
The Founders Conclave ventures jointly with Redmad Learnings and VDream Allusions Pvt. Ltd., students from all the colleges participated in a large number. More than 150 startup ideas were presented before apaneland investors.
Mr. Madhav Reddy, founder and MD of Redmad Learnings and chairman of Founders’ Conclave, Mr Nileesh, Vice President of NWTN Berlin Gambh, Mr ADRao, CEO of Hardhik Group of Enterprises, Mr. Srinivas, CEO of Transynt, Mr. Nazeer Basha, founder and MD of VDream Allusions Pvt. Ltd. were the acting judges in the panel for the selection of start-ups.
On this occasion, Director and Vice-Chairman of NEC, MR Chakravarthi, recalled that he, with the aim of giving students the inspiration they require to become entrepreneurs, established an incubation center, Start-Up NEC two years ago, from which seven successful startups have emerged as of now. Administrative officer TVSM Mohan Babu, Dean (Student Affairs) K Ponnari Lakshmi, and other Deans and Heads of the Departmentalso participated in the program.
